Choose your fit
Lay a shirt that fits you well flat. Measure across its chest from side to side, then measure from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Compare those measurements with the chart.
Chest width is the width of the garment laid flat, not your body’s chest circumference. Consider the room you prefer when choosing a size.
